Thank you for the USLE program. It really helped me throughout the challenging time. With the help of Astuti throughout this program, together with the community, I am much more at ease and peace in flowing in my life, especially in the new place.

The UPLIFT program is recommended to anyone who feels confused, fearful, overwhelmed, and probably stuck at some point. Following step by step, what Astuti shared about opening your heart and being in solitude, as well as taking care of myself, were some of the keys to success for me to be able to stand up again from challenging times and come back stronger, with very positive energy.

The Unconditional Self-Love Embodiment program helps me to discover that I’m not "what I thought I knew about myself" and what self-love was. I found out this program allows me to become my authentic self and love myself with ease and the right way.
