This 26 minute downloadable Audio Living Transmission is here to help you dissolve the vows, roles, identities, and unspoken contracts you’ve carried that are no longer yours and to reprogram your being to live in the felt sense of freedom as your natural state.

It will guide you through an energetic process of recognising what freedom asks you to let go of including the fear, guilt, or shame you may carry for others when you choose your freedom.

You’ll be invited to trust that the Source and the Universe hold them as surely as they hold you.

This is more than listening.

With each breath, you’ll be letting these truths move into your bones, muscles, organs, cells, and energetic field, allowing your being to rewire, reprogram, and remember.

What is a Living Audio Transmission?

It is not a training or technique.

It is a spoken energetic field, one that reprograms your subconscious, rewrites silent beliefs and gently restores harmony to your heart, your breath, and your soul.

What you’ll experience:

• • A guided centering to bring you fully into your own space.
  • Activation of your energetic shield for safety and sovereignty.
  • Dissolution of vows, roles, and agreements that no longer belong to you.
  • Release of fear, guilt, and shame held for others.
  • Anchoring the felt sense of freedom in your body and energy.
  • A closing blessing to stabilise your new state.

Frequency: 396 Hz - a foundational frequency for liberation, clearing, and releasing what no longer serves.

⚠️ Please don’t listen to this transmission while driving, operating machinery, or multitasking.

It’s meant to be received in stillness, in a private, quiet space where you won’t be interrupted.

You are welcome to receive this transmission as often as you feel called to.

Each time you listen, you will meet a new opening, a new release, a new truth ready to take its place in you.

Freedom is not a single moment.

It is a living choice, and you are always welcome here.
